Want your clients to choose their favorite photos and pay a set price before downloading? With PhotoBiz Client Galleries and the Invoicing tool, you can easily manage this process.
Follow these simple steps to go from photo selection to paid download delivery.
CREATE & SHARE YOUR CLIENT’S EVENT
Start by creating a Client Galleries event and uploading all your client’s images. Be sure to enable the Favorites feature, so they can mark the photos they want to receive.
Once they’re finished selecting, your client can send their favorites back to you directly from the gallery.
SEND AN INVOICE FOR THEIR FAVORITES
After you receive the client’s list of favorites, send them an invoice for the agreed-upon amount using the PhotoBiz Invoicing tool.
SEND FAVORITES TO DOWNLOAD AFTER PAYMENT
Once payment is received:
Go to your Client Galleries control panel.
Click on ACTIVITY at the top.
Find your client's name or email who submitted their favorites.
Click SEND FILES TO DOWNLOAD to email their favorites as downloadable files.
