Email Campaigns
Review the performance data shown in the tracking table.
Email campaign tracking displays the following information:
Send Date
Name / Subject
Contacts
Opens – The number of recipients who opened the email
Clicks – The number of recipients who clicked at least one link
Bounced – Emails that failed to deliver, including the reason
Unsubscribed – The number of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the email
You can click directly on the Send Date or Name / Subject to drill down into detailed engagement data for that specific email. From the detailed view, you can see individual counts for opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
If you need a copy of your tracking data, you can export it by downloading a .CSV file for offline review or reporting.
For step-by-step export instructions, see: Export Marketing Campaign Tracking Data
Understanding what each metric represents will help you evaluate performance more accurately.
Open Rate
The open rate shows the percentage of recipients who opened your email. This metric helps you gauge subject line effectiveness and overall audience interest. An average open rate is around 20%, though this may vary depending on your audience and list quality.
Click Rate
The click rate measures how many recipients clicked a link inside your email. This reflects how engaging your content and calls to action are. A typical click rate ranges from 2% to 5%.
Unsubscribes
Unsubscribes occur when recipients opt out after receiving an email. Seeing some unsubscribes is normal. If your unsubscribe rate is under 1%, your content is generally performing well.
Bounced Emails
Bounced emails are messages that could not be delivered. This may happen due to invalid addresses, full inboxes, or server issues. If you are sending to a new or older contact list, a higher bounce rate is expected initially.
Tracking data updates automatically as emails are opened or clicked
Automation tracking reflects cumulative performance across all workflow emails
Pop-up tracking helps you see how effectively pop-ups collect subscribers
Bounced and unsubscribed email addresses are automatically removed from future campaigns, which helps maintain list quality and improves overall deliverability
I don’t see any tracking data.
Make sure at least one email campaign, automation, or pop-up has been sent. Tracking data will not appear until emails are delivered.
Open or click numbers seem low.
This may be affected by subject lines, email timing, audience size, or privacy features in modern email clients.
Why do bounced emails appear immediately?
Some email servers reject messages instantly due to invalid or inactive addresses.
