PhotoBiz includes Email Marketing campaigns with our Website Package. The tracking section allows you to view how your clients interacted with the campaigns that you've sent out. You can see stats for Contacts, Opens, Clicks, Unsubscribed, and Bounced. Bounced means that your email campaign was sent and the email address rejected the email and bounced it back to our notification server. Bounced email addresses can be for several reasons (invalid email address, full inbox, email service is down, etc.) This guide will walk you through the steps on how to check and see if you had any emails bounce back that were included with your email list.
Important Note: Any emails in your contacts that bounce will not receive future email marketing campaigns unless you remove the bounced flag from the contact as a way to manage spam reputation for our email marketing server. You can easily remove email addresses from your bounced list.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on TRACKING at the top of the Marketing control panel.
STEP THREE
Make sure EMAIL CAMPAIGNS are selected in the drop down menu and click on the RUN SEARCH button.
STEP FOUR
Click on the Email Campaign Name that you want to check the bounce list on.
STEP FIVE
Click on the BOUNCED option to see which email addresses bounced as non-deliverable for your email campaign.
The bounce section will contain the list of emails for the campaign that bounced.
