Bounced means an email couldn’t be delivered and was rejected by the recipient’s email server. This can happen for reasons like an invalid email address, a full inbox, or temporary server issues.
This guide will show you how to check for bounced emails in your campaign reports.
💡 Important:
Contacts with bounced emails will be excluded from future campaigns unless you remove the bounced flag from their contact record. This helps maintain our server's reputation and ensures your emails get delivered successfully.
