When you send out Email Marketing campaigns to your lists and contacts, you'll have access to tracking reports for each one of your campaigns. Tracking reports include bounced emails. Bounced emails means that your email marketing campaign was rejected by an email address as non-deliverable. Bounced emails can be from a number of reasons including Non-Existent, Suspended, Undeliverable, Blocked, Mailbox Full, etc. This guide will walk you through how to remove an email address from your bounced list.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING.
STEP TWO
Click on TRACKING at the top of your Marketing control panel.
STEP THREE
Select BOUNCED from the drop down menu from the tracking options and click on run search to run your bounced email report.
STEP FOUR
Click on the Email Address that is showing as bounced that you'd like to remove from your bounced list.
STEP FIVE
Click on the Pencil icon next to the bounced option on your contact.
FINAL STEP
Confirm you'd like to remove your contact's email from your bounce list by checking the box and clicking on save changes.
After you've removed your contacts email from the bounced list, the contact will update and the bounced section will no longer appear.
Important Note: If your contact's email bounces again in the future, it will be back on the bounced list automatically and you'll need to repeat these steps.
