How to See Who Unsubscribed from Your Marketing Emails

With your PhotoBiz account, you get 10,000 marketing emails each month—and you can easily track how your campaigns are performing, including seeing who’s chosen to unsubscribe.

This quick guide will show you how to view your unsubscribe list inside your Marketing dashboard.

Important: 

Once a contact unsubscribes, they will no longer receive any marketing or email automation messages sent through your PhotoBiz account. This ensures compliance with email marketing laws and helps you maintain a trustworthy sender reputation.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING from the menu on the left.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Marketing dashboard, click TRACKING.

STEP THREE

From the dropdown menu, select UNSUBSCRIBED, then click RUN SEARCH.

You’ll now see a list of all contacts who have opted out of your marketing emails.

Keeping an eye on this list helps you manage your audience and keep your email campaigns strong and compliant.
