PhotoBiz Website Package includes Email Marketing with the account. You can send up to 10,000 marketing emails out a month at no extra cost. Email Marketing campaigns allow you to segment your contacts into different groups so you can target specific types of customers or potential customers. When selecting contacts to send a campaign to, you have three options: all contacts, by type, and by tag. This guide will walk you through how to select your target group of contacts for your email campaign.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Any contacts that you have in your list that have previously unsubscribed from your emails or their email address bounced back as non-deliverable will automatically be excluded from your email marketing campaigns.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the Email Marketing Campaign Name you want to send out to your contacts.
STEP THREE
At the upper right side of your Email Marketing campaign, click on the SEND button.
FINAL STEP
On this screen you can select which contacts you want to include in your email campaign:
- ALL CONTACTS: Every contact in your list will be included with the campaign as long as you have enough marketing emails active on your account to send the campaign
- BY TYPE: Choose between Lead, Client, and Vendor
- BY TAG: Choose from any list of tags you have in your contacts
- CUSTOM: Type in an email or name for an existing contact or enter a brand new email that's not listed in your contacts yet.
You can also choose if there's any contacts you want to exclude from your email campaign:
- NO EXCLUSIONS: No contacts are excluded from your marketing campaign.
- BY TYPE: Exclude Leads, Clients, and/or Vendors.
- BY TAG: Exclude any contacts tagged on your list.
SELECT CONTACTS ALL CONTACTS
All contacts will select all the contacts entries in your list. This will include all contacts created from submitting any of your forms, scheduler, orders, client galleries, or contacts you've imported via csv.
SELECT CONTACTS BY TYPE
If you choose to select contacts by type, you will choose either customers, leads, or vendors, or any combination of the three. Contacts are designated as customers if they order from your e-commerce. Contacts are designated leads if they submit a form. Contacts are designated vendors if you create them with that designation (or edit an existing contact to give it that designation).

SELECT CONTACTS BY TAG
If you select contacts BY TAG, you'll be able to check the box to select any contacts tagged with your selections for your email campaign.

SELECT CONTACTS CUSTOM
You also have the option to send to Custom contacts. You can begin to type your client's email address or name and the contact will appear, you will just need to click add contact to add them to the email. Or you can enter a new email address if it is not already in your contacts.
You can click on CONTINUE to fill out the sender details and send out your email blast on the next screen.
