PhotoBiz Website Package includes ECommerce as part of the platform. The ECommerce allows you to set up an online store and includes inventory tracking. Inventory is helpful to keep track of your stock and when you are running low. Using Ecommerce you can set the low stock quantity for each product you sell online. This guide will show you how to set an individual product low stock mark. If you prefer to use a single, global setting for this, check out our guide on setting your global low stock mark.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the ECOMMERCE option in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of your ECommerce control panel, mouse over TRACKING and click on the STOCK option in the drop down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the individual product SKU NUMBER you want to change the low stock mark for.
STEP FOUR
Click on the LOW STOCK MARK button to access the inventory settings for the product.
FINAL STEP
In the pop up, enter the number you want to use as the low stock mark for this product.
