If a client has previously unsubscribed from your marketing emails but now wishes to receive them again, you can manually remove them from your unsubscribe list. This process ensures that you have their consent to resume sending marketing campaigns, automations, and email invitations.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
Use the search bar to look up the email address of the contact you’d like to check.
Click on the contact’s name to open their contact details. You’ll see an unsubscribe date listed if they previously opted out of your emails.
Click the pencil icon next to their unsubscribe date.
From the dropdown menu, change their status to No Answer.
Check the box that says:
“By updating this preference I certify the contact has given their permission to receive emails.”
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Once saved, the contact will be removed from your unsubscribe list and will begin receiving your marketing emails and automations again.
