How to Create a Custom Form in PhotoBiz

PhotoBiz Website Packages include the Form & Contract Builder, which allows you to create fully customized forms for your photography business. Forms can be used for contact inquiries, client questionnaires, contracts, surveys, contest entries, and more. This guide walks you through creating a new custom form inside your PhotoBiz account. By the end of this article, you will know how to create a form and prepare it to collect client information.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu. This opens the Forms control panel where all of your forms are managed.

STEP TWO

Click the NEW button at the top of the Forms control panel. This begins the process of creating a new form.

STEP THREE

Choose the initial form type or layout you want to use as the starting point for your new form. Templates provide a prebuilt layout based on common use cases, but all templates can be customized after selection. Click SELECT to add the chosen form to your control panel.

STEP FOUR

After you add your form, your form will automatically have the following contact fields: FULL NAME, EMAIL, PHONE, and MESSAGE. You can rearrange these fields or edit/delete them as needed.

Next, you can add additional fields to your form using the form field options to the right of your form builder. There are three sections of form fields: STANDARD FIELDS, CONTACT FIELDS, and MISCELLANEOUS.

Click here for a complete guide on all your form field options.

FINAL STEP

Save your changes once your form layout and fields are complete. Your form is now ready to collect submissions and can be shared with clients or added to your website.

Once your form is completed, you need to make this form accessible to your existing/potential customers! You can do so in a variety of ways:
