PhotoBiz Client Galleries allows your clients to mark their favorite images inside the gallery events you create for them. This makes it easy for clients to select images for editing, retouching, albums, or digital delivery.
This guide walks you through how to view the images your client has marked as favorites using the Activity section of Client Galleries. You will also learn how favorites are tracked and what to expect if you see zero favorites listed.
Before getting started, make sure:
You have created and shared a Client Gallery event
Your client has accessed the gallery
Your client has entered their email address when prompted
Favorites are tied to the email address entered when the gallery is viewed.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
This opens your Client Galleries dashboard.
Click ACTIVITY at the top of the Client Galleries control panel.
This opens the Activity Tracker, where you can see gallery access, favorites, downloads, comments, and cart activity.
Locate your client’s email address in the list. Click on the number shown in the Favorites column next to their contact.
This will open the list of images that client has marked as favorites.
Review the favorited images and choose how you would like to use them.
From the Favorites section, you can:
If favorites exist, you will see image thumbnails along with available action options. If the Favorites column shows 0, the client has viewed the gallery but has not marked any images.
