How can I see what images my customer downloads from a client galleries event?

How to See Which Images Clients Download from Your Galleries

Want to know which photos your clients have downloaded from your galleries? You can easily view this information right from your Client Galleries control panel in PhotoBiz. The Activity section shows you both the number of downloads and the specific files that each client has downloaded.

Follow the steps below to view client download activity:

STEP ONE

Log In and Open Client Galleries

Log into your PhotoBiz account.
In the left-hand menu, click on Client Galleries.

STEP TWO

Open the Activity Section

At the top of the Client Galleries control panel, click on Activity.

STEP THREE

View Client Download Details

In the Activity section, you’ll see a list of contacts.
Click on a contact’s name, email address, or the number in the Downloads column next to their name.
Then, click on Downloads to see what files they’ve accessed.

What You Can See

In the Downloads view, you can see:

Single file downloads – which individual images a client downloaded
Bulk downloads – if they downloaded an entire gallery or multiple images at once

This makes it easy to track which photos are most popular and understand how your clients are interacting with your galleries.
