Overview
PhotoBiz Client Galleries allow you to share private, password-protected galleries with your clients. As clients interact with their galleries, you can track activity such as favorites, comments, downloads, and saved cart items.
This guide explains how to use the Activity panel in Client Galleries to search for a specific client and review their gallery activity.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
This opens your Client Galleries dashboard.
Click Activity at the top of the Client Galleries dashboard.
The Activity panel shows client interactions across your gallery events.
Use the search bar at the top of the Activity panel to search for a specific client.
Enter the client’s name or email address, then press Enter on your keyboard.
Review the activity listed for your client.
You can click the available activity details to view more information about how the client interacted with their gallery. Depending on the client’s actions, the report may include favorites, comments, downloads, saved cart items, or other recorded activity.
Click any of these activity types to view more detailed information.
If a client appears in the Activity panel but shows zero favorites, comments, and downloads, this means the client accessed the gallery but did not take one of those specific actions.
Their visit was still tracked, and their email address was captured.
Client activity helps you understand how clients are engaging with their images. You can use this information to follow up with clients, review image selections, track downloads, and see where they are in the selection or ordering process.
