PhotoBiz Website Package includes Client Galleries that allow you to create private, password protecte galleries to share with your clients. Your clients can make purchases, proof their favorites, leave comments, and more within the event. As your clients are working through their images and order, you can easily track their activity in the event, including what they have favorited, downloaded, commented, and more. This guide will walk you through how to search and view a specific clients activity with their images.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on ACTIVITY at the top of the Client Galleries control panel.
STEP THREE
You can view any activty from clients who have accessed their client galleries events and view the details for the following:
- FAVORITES
- COMMENTS
- DOWNLOADS
- CREATED
- LAST SAVED
To search for a specific client, type in the search bar the name of the client you're searching for and press enter on your keyboard.
You can click on the activity to view the details for your client's activity for.
Important Note: If you have activity with all 0's for Favorites, Comments, and Downloads, this means that your client logged in and you captured an email address, however they did not mark any favorites, leave comments, or download any images.
Your client activity report will show any favorites, comments, single downloads, bulk downloads, or saved cart items that your client has added.
