PhotoBiz Client Galleries make it easy for your clients to view and proof their images in private, password protected galleries. Your clients can leave comments on their images that are sent to you via email as well as captured and stored in your PhotoBiz account in the Client Galleries activity. This tutorial will walk you through how to reply to client comments on their images in client galleries events.
PRO TIP: You can also respond to client comments directly from the email notification you receive when they leave a comment in the client galleries event.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on ACTIVITY in the top of the Client Galleries control panel.
STEP THREE
Click on the Client Activity you want to reply to. You can click directly on the number in the comments column for the activity if you want to access the comments directly.
STEP FOUR
You will see a list of the comments the individual left and have the opportunity to reply to the comments. Each comment from your customer also includes a link to view the image they commented on.
Here's what your response will display as after you've responded to a comment from your client.
When you reply to the comments, your customer will receive a branded email with your reply. The email and name the reply comes from are the email and company name in your account settings.
