Client Galleries includes an activity tracker to see who is accessing your Client Galleries events. If they tag a favorite, leave a comment, or download an image they are required to provide an email address. Data is tracked based on the email address that is provided. This guide will walk you through the steps of viewing your client galleries activity.
Pro Tip: You can also click on the contacts name from the detailed view to access their full contact record in the Contacts section of your control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on ACTIVITY at the top of the Client Galleries control panel.
The activity section will include a list of any activity you've had in your events.
You can access the individual activity report to see the following items:
- FAVORITES: Which images your client has marked as a favorite.
- COMMENTS: Any comments your clients have left on their images.
- DOWNLOADS: Which single download or bulk download your client has used.
- CREATED: Which day your client accessed their event for the first time.
- LAST SAVED: The last day that your client access their event.
You can click on the contacts name or email address to see the activity in more detail (takes you to the favorites tab). You can also click on the number under one of the activity columns to see that specific activity.
FAVORITES you'll see thumbnails of the images and can click on the image to see it larger. You'll also have the following 3 options:
- EXPORT: Allows you to to export a list of the favorited images for photo editing software like Lightroom.
- PRINT: Print a list of the files. Printing gives you thumbnails and file names.
- SEND FILES TO DOWNLOAD: Allows you to send your client's a link to download their favorited images.
COMMENTS allow you to see a full list of the comments the individual left and the opportunity to reply to the comments. Each comment includes a link to view the image they commented on.
SINGLE DOWNLOADS and BULK DOWNLOADS will show you the download activity from your clients if you've made digital downloads available for their event. This will include both individual file downloads and any of the gallery/event downloads that a client has done.
Each item your customer adds to their cart in the client galleries event is automatically saved for them so that they can take their time in completing their order. The SAVED CART area in your activity report will show how far along in the ordering process your customer is. This will include any prints, digital images, products, packages, etc. that they've added to their cart but haven't completed the check out process for their order.
