Overview
A terms and conditions page explains the rules, policies, and expectations for using your website or booking your services. You can add a terms and conditions page to your PhotoBiz website using the Website Builder.
This article walks you through creating a new page, adding your terms and conditions text, and saving the page. You can also use these steps to add a service agreement, booking policy, or other legal information page to your website.
Important Note: PhotoBiz does not create or provide terms and conditions templates for businesses. If you do not already have terms and conditions for your website, you can use a terms and conditions generator as a starting point or consult a legal professional.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu. This opens your Website Builder, where you can manage your website pages and content.
Click NEW PAGE, then select PAGE from the menu that appears.
The PhotoBiz AI Page Creator will open. Click SKIP SETUP on the right side of the screen to create a blank page.
This will give you a new blank page where you can add your terms and conditions text.
Click SETTINGS in the upper right corner of the blank page.
The page settings panel will open on the right side of the screen. Enter the Navigation Name and set the Page Visibility to Hidden if you want the page hidden from your main navigation.
When finished, click Save Changes.
Add a Text Editor Block to your Terms and Conditions page.
Select the Blank Block layout at the top of the available predesigned blocks so you can paste or type your terms and conditions text into the page.
Add the title TERMS AND CONDITIONS to the Text Editor Block, then paste or type your terms and conditions into the text area.
When finished, click SAVE CHANGES.
Your Terms and Conditions page is now saved on your website. If the page is hidden from your navigation, visitors will not see it in your main menu, but you can still link to it from another area of your website.
A popular place to link your terms and conditions page is in your website footer. You can add the link by editing your footer tagline or footer sitemap.
