Overview
Managing your website pages helps keep your navigation organized and your content up to date. In the PhotoBiz Website Builder, you can add new pages, create drop-down menus, add external links, and remove pages you no longer need.
This guide explains how to add a new page using the PhotoBiz AI Page Creator, a blank page, or a pre-designed layout. You will also learn how to delete pages and restore recently deleted pages when needed.

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
This opens your Website Builder where you can manage your pages and navigation.
Click the NEW PAGE button at the top of the Website Builder.
You will see options for creating a new navigation item. Choose Page when you want to add a new website page. Choose Drop-down when you want to create a menu heading that holds other pages underneath it. Choose Link when you want to add a navigation item that sends visitors to another website or external page.

Click Page to start creating a new page.
This opens the page creation options. You can use the PhotoBiz AI Page Creator to generate a new page with guided content and layout options, or you can start with a blank page by clicking SKIP SETUP if you prefer to build the page manually.

Choose the type of page you want to create with the PhotoBiz AI Page Creator.
Select the page type that best matches your goal, such as a home page, about page, gallery page, services page, or another available page option. The AI Page Creator uses your selection to help generate a page layout and content that fits the purpose of the page.
Enter a name and visibility setting for you new page.
Use a clear page name that helps you identify the page in your Website Builder. This name may also appear in your website navigation if the page is visible in your menu.
Add or select the images you want to use on the page.
You can upload new images or choose images from your existing image library. Select images that match the purpose of the page and represent your photography brand clearly.
Click Create Page to generate the new page.
The PhotoBiz AI Page Creator will build the page using your selected page type, design, images, and available business information. After the page is created, it will be added to your Website Builder.
Open the new page in your Website Builder and review the content.
You can edit the text, replace images, rearrange blocks, update settings, and make any final adjustments. The Website Builder automatically applies saved updates to your website, so there is no separate publish button.
In your website builder, click on the name of the page you want to delete from the left-side list. The selected page will be highlighted in teal.
💡 Pro Tip
You can recover recently deleted pages — the system saves your last 15 deleted pages automatically!Click the trash can icon next to the page name. A pop-up will confirm that you want to delete it.
To view or restore deleted pages, scroll to the bottom of your page list and click on DELETED PAGES.
To permanently delete any page, check the box next to its name and click the delete option again.
Why should I set a new page to hidden?
Use the hidden setting when you want to build or review a page before visitors can access it from your live website navigation. This is helpful when testing a new design, replacing an older page, or creating a page that is not ready to share yet.
Can I edit a page after the PhotoBiz AI Page Creator builds it?
Yes. After the page is created, you can edit it in the Website Builder. You can update text, change images, add blocks, remove blocks, adjust layouts, and customize the page as needed.
Is there a publish button?
No. The PhotoBiz Website Builder automatically applies saved updates to your website. Review your changes carefully before making pages visible in your navigation.
Can I recover a deleted page?
Yes. PhotoBiz saves your last 15 deleted pages. You can find them by opening DELETED PAGES at the bottom of your page list.
