How to View and Purchase PhotoBiz Premium Upgrades

Overview

PhotoBiz Premium Upgrades let you add features, account capacity, and professional services as your business grows. You can explore options for domains, email, file storage, Marketing, Forms, PhotoBiz AI, website design, SEO, and more. Each upgrade or service has a detail page where you can review what it includes and how to purchase it. The options shown in your account may vary based on the services you already have.

What’s Included with Your Website Package

The current PhotoBiz Website Package includes:

  • 5,000 files of account storage
  • 500 form submissions per month
  • 10,000 marketing emails per month
  • 100 PhotoBiz AI requests per month

The standard maximum upload size is 4 MB per file. Form submissions, marketing emails, and PhotoBiz AI request allowances reset on the first of each month. File storage is your account’s total file capacity, rather than a monthly allowance.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click PREMIUM UPGRADES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Browse the two sections on the Premium Upgrades page. PRODUCTS & ADD ONS contains features and capacity you can add to your account. LET US DO IT FOR YOU contains professional services from the PhotoBiz team.

Scroll through the cards to see the options available to you. Your list may differ from another PhotoBiz account because some services are already active on yours.

STEP THREE

Click a card that interests you to open its detail page. Review the description, available options, and pricing before deciding whether to purchase it.

Product upgrades may show options with checkboxes. Professional service pages may show a buy now button and additional details about the service.

FINAL STEP

For an upgrade with checkboxes, select the option you want. Scroll to YOUR TOTAL, review the amount shown, and click PLACE ORDER. For a service with a buy now button, click buy now and follow the purchase prompts.

After completing your order, follow any setup instructions for the option you purchased. For example, a domain registration must be completed after you purchase the registration service, and a Mailbox must be set up before you can use its email address.

PRODUCTS & ADD ONS

Domain Name

A custom domain gives your website a branded address, such as yourstudio.com. The listed price is $12 for the initial registration, followed by $3.50 per month or $42 per year for renewal.

Purchasing the domain registration service does not choose or register a domain name by itself. After your purchase, you must search for an available name and complete its registration. See how to purchase and register a domain name with PhotoBiz.

Mailbox

A Mailbox lets you create a branded email address using your domain, such as info@yourstudio.com. The listed price is $6 per month or $72 per year for each Mailbox.

Original Files

Original Files raises the maximum upload size for supported files from 4 MB to 50 MB each. It is useful when you need to upload larger files or provide original-resolution digital images to clients. The listed price is $10 per month or $120 per year.

Images uploaded before you add Original Files must be uploaded again if you want the original-resolution versions available. See how to add Original Files.

More Storage

More Storage increases the number of files your PhotoBiz account can hold. You can combine storage upgrades if you need additional capacity. The listed options are:

  • 5,000 additional files: $5 per month or $60 per year
  • 15,000 additional files: $12 per month or $144 per year
  • 20,000 additional files: $15 per month or $180 per year
  • 50,000 additional files: $35 per month or $420 per year
  • 100,000 additional files: $50 per month or $600 per year

More Storage does not increase the maximum size of an individual file. Choose Original Files if you need to upload larger files. See how to purchase additional file storage.

Marketing Extras

Marketing Extras increase the number of marketing emails you can send each month beyond the 10,000 included with your Website Package. The current options are:

  • 3,000 additional emails per month: $7 per month
  • 12,000 additional emails per month: $28 per month
  • 25,000 additional emails per month: $56 per month
  • 40,000 additional emails per month: $98 per month

ECommerce Extras

ECommerce Extras increase the number of SKUs available for stock tracking in your ECommerce store. A SKU is a unique identifier for a product or product variation. The listed upgrade provides 1,000 additional SKUs for $10 per month or $120 per year. See how to set up stock tracking for products.

PhotoBiz AI Requests

This upgrade adds 500 PhotoBiz AI requests per month beyond the 100 included with your Website Package. The listed price is $10 per month or $120 per year. See how to add PhotoBiz AI requests.

Brand-Free Account

Brand-Free Account removes “crafted by photobiz” and “© PhotoBiz” branding from products on your account. The listed price is $10 per month or $12 per year. You can begin or end this upgrade as needed.

Form Extras

Forms Extras increase the number of form submissions your account can receive each month beyond the 500 included with your Website Package. The current options are:

  • 1,000 additional submissions per month: $7 per month
  • 5,000 additional submissions per month: $21 per month

Custom Website

SEO Go Reporting

Receive a monthly website audit and a report with prioritized recommendations. The service card lists $100 per month ($1,200/year). Click SEO GO Reporting in your account to review its full description and purchase option.

SEO Go Plus Add-On

Add the Plus services to an existing eligible SEO Go service. The listed price is $150 per month ($1,800/year). Review the detail page or contact Support if you are unsure whether this option applies to your account.

Social Media

Pricing: $450 one-time setup + $150/month ($1,800/year)

Helpful Billing Notes

Recurring upgrades follow your account’s billing cycle. When applicable, the initial charge is prorated, so YOUR TOTAL may differ from the regular monthly or annual price.

Review the price, amount due, and billing details shown in your account before placing an order. Some upgrades increase monthly allowances, while More Storage increases your total file capacity. If you do not see an upgrade you expected, contact PhotoBiz Support to review the options available for your account.
