Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes a built-in Contacts feature, which keeps all your client information organized. If you ever need to check and see if a particular contact's email has rejected your emails from your PhotoBiz account, you can look for a bounced flag on their Contact Info. This guide will walk you through where to find that in your account and how to remove the bounced flag if you want to make them available to receive emails again.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS from the left-side menu.
Find the contact you’d like to check to see if they're been added to your bounced list. Click on their email address to access the contact details.
In the Contact Info section, you'll see a Email Bounced message and date to show when an email you sent the client was rejected by their provider. This can occur with any emails you send out from your account (Email Invitations, Email Marketing, etc.).
To remove your contact from the bounce list, click on the Pencil icon next to the bounced option on your contact.
Confirm you'd like to remove your contact's email from your bounce list by checking the box and clicking on save changes.
After you've removed your contacts email from the bounced list, the contact will update and the bounced section will no longer appear.
Important Note: If your contact's email bounces again in the future, it will be back on the bounced list automatically and you'll need to repeat these steps.
