Why Does My Form Say "Form Closed"?
If you’ve created a form in PhotoBiz and you're seeing a “Form Closed” message, don’t worry! 😊 This usually means one of a few things. Here's a quick checklist to help you get your form back up and running:
✅ Check the Form Link
Make sure you’re using the correct link to your form. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the Share button on your form and either:
- Sending it via email invitation
- Copying the direct link to share manually

Check for an Expiration Date
Verify if you've set an expiration date for the form that has passed in your PhotoBiz account under the form's settings.
Check Form Submission Limits
Confirm whether you've set a limit on the number of submissions, and if that limit has been reached.
Check Form Payment Block
If your form includes a payment option, make sure it’s properly connected to a payment merchant and that your merchant is active.

Check Submission Limits on Your Account
Review the home page of your PhotoBiz account to ensure you haven't exceeded your monthly form submission limit (default is 500 submissions per month). Additional submissions can be purchased if needed.
Check File Uploads and Storage
Check if your form includes a file upload field, and if it does, ensure your account has enough available storage space.
