Overview
PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell print sizes directly through your Client Galleries. If you need to change the price of an existing print size, you can update it from your ECommerce Dashboard.
This guide walks you through how to find an existing print size, update its price, and review related settings such as tax, shipping, and active status. Once saved, your changes apply anywhere that print size is available through your Client Galleries.
Before you begin, make sure you can log into your PhotoBiz account and that the print size you want to update has already been created in your ECommerce Dashboard.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
This opens your ECommerce Dashboard, where you can manage your online selling tools, including prints, products, packages, digital images, price lists, shipping, taxes, coupons, and orders.
At the top of the ECommerce Dashboard, hover over SELL ONLINE and click PRINTS in the dropdown menu.
This opens the Prints section, where you can view and manage the print sizes available in your account.
Click the name of the PRINT SIZE you want to update.
This opens the print size editor on the right side of your screen. From here, you can review the print size details and make changes to its pricing and availability.
In the right-side panel, update the PRICE field for your print size.
You can also review and update the other available settings:
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
After saving, the updated price will be available anywhere this print size is included in your Client Galleries.
The order of print sizes in the PRINTS section controls the order customers see them when choosing print options on the front end. If you want customers to see print sizes in a different order, rearrange the print sizes in the Prints section of your ECommerce Dashboard.
Price changes affect all Client Galleries where the print size is available. If a print size is included in multiple price lists or gallery events, the new price will apply anywhere that print size is used.
If a print size is set to inactive, customers will no longer see it as a purchase option. This is helpful if you want to temporarily remove a print size without deleting it from your account.
Shipping and tax settings for print sizes work with your overall ECommerce settings. Review your shipping methods, tax settings, and assigned price lists if you need to confirm how customers will be charged at checkout.
Why is my updated print price not showing in a Client Gallery?
Confirm that you clicked Save Changes after updating the print size. You should also confirm that the print size is active and included in the price list assigned to the Client Gallery Event.
Can I change the order customers see print sizes?
Yes. Print sizes appear to customers in the same order they are listed in the PRINTS section of your ECommerce Dashboard. Rearranging the print sizes there changes the order customers see on the front end.
Does changing a print size price affect existing orders?
No. Updating a print size changes the price customers see going forward. It does not change orders that have already been placed.
Can I remove a print size without deleting it?
Yes. You can set the print size to inactive. This removes it from customer purchase options while keeping it saved in your ECommerce Dashboard.
