Overview
PhotoBiz automatically saves form submissions under Contacts based on the email address entered on the form. If the same person submits more than one form using the same email address, those submissions are grouped under one contact record.
This makes it easy to review a client’s form history, print submission details, start or view conversations, and delete submissions you no longer need. This guide walks you through how to view and delete form submissions from a contact record in your PhotoBiz account.
Deleting a form submission is permanent. Once a submission is deleted from a contact record, it cannot be recovered.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
This opens your Contacts area, where you can search for and manage contact records created from forms, conversations, orders, and other account activity.
Use the search bar to find the contact whose form submissions you want to view.
You can search by details saved to the contact record, such as name, email address, or phone number. Form submissions are grouped by the email address used when the form was submitted.
Click the contact’s name to open their contact details.
This opens the full contact record, where you can view saved contact information, activity, submissions, conversations, and other details associated with that contact.
In the left column of the contact record, click SUBMISSIONS.
This section displays the form submissions associated with that contact. Click the submission date or form name to open and review the submission details.
After opening a form submission, you can review the full submission details and choose from the available actions.
Depending on your needs, you can print the submission, view the document-style layout, start or view conversations related to the submission, or delete the submission.
If you choose to delete the submission, confirm that you no longer need the information before completing the deletion. Once deleted, the form submission cannot be restored.
Form submissions are saved under Contacts using the email address entered on the form. If a client submits multiple forms with the same email address, those submissions will appear under the same contact record.
To help keep contact records organized, you can include fields such as First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Address on your forms. This makes it easier to search for contacts and identify the correct submission later.
Deleting a form submission only removes that specific submission from the contact record. It does not necessarily delete the entire contact.
