The Conversations feature is part of the studio management section in the PhotoBiz Website Package. Conversations allow you to communicate with your clients or leads, this guide will walk you through how to start a conversation from your email notifications.
STEP ONE
Log into your email inbox that you're using for your form submissions or check your email on your device.
STEP TWO
Each form submission email notification includes a START CONVERSATION button. Click or tap this button to quickly reply to your client's message.
STEP THREE
You can edit the subject and message and then click send to reply to the inquiry, this will generate the conversation and make sure it's linked to the contact going forward.
