How Do I View Submissions Sent Through My Custom Forms?

Viewing Form Submissions in PhotoBiz

The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder is included with your Website Package. Anytime someone fills out a form on your website, their submission is emailed to you and also saved in your PhotoBiz account — so you can always access it later.

This quick guide shows you how to view your form submissions from your dashboard.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account

Once logged in, check your Account Notifications on the homepage to see recent form activity (this will only appear if your website timeline is completed).
Click on the Notification Center on the upper right bell icon.
Or, click “FORMS” from the menu on the left to open the Forms Control Panel.

STEP TWO

Go To Submissions

In the Forms Control Panel, click on “SUBMISSIONS” at the top of the screen.

STEP THREE

Select Your Form

Find and click the name of the form you'd like to review. This will open a list of all submissions received through that form.

FINAL STEP

View a Submission

Click on a specific submission to see the full details.

You'll be able to view all of the information that was entered and submitted by your contact.
