Overview
PhotoBiz sends important account and website notifications from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com. These messages may include Two-Factor Authentication codes, billing updates, form submissions, online store orders, appointment confirmations, Client Gallery activity, blog comments, and Conversations replies.
If you use a Hotmail, Outlook.com, or Live.com email address, Microsoft may occasionally place PhotoBiz notifications in Junk Email, move them to another folder, or filter them before they reach your inbox.
This guide explains how to mark PhotoBiz messages as safe, add the PhotoBiz notification address to your Safe Senders list, check your Blocked Senders list, review email rules, and troubleshoot missing notifications.
Check Your Junk Email Folder
Log in to your Hotmail, Outlook.com, or Live.com account and open the JUNK EMAIL folder.
Look for a message from:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
If you find one, right-click the message and click MARK AS NOT JUNK or use the available option indicating that the message is not junk.
The message will move to your inbox. This also tells Microsoft that messages from the PhotoBiz notification address are expected.
Add PhotoBiz to Your Safe Senders List
Go to Outlook.com and sign in to your Microsoft email account.
Click the SETTINGS icon in the upper-right corner. Depending on the version of Outlook you are using, click VIEW ALL OUTLOOK SETTINGS if that option appears.
Go to MAIL, then click JUNK EMAIL.
Under SAFE SENDERS AND DOMAINS, click ADD.
Enter:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Click SAVE if Outlook displays a save option.
After you add the address, confirm that emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com appears in your Safe Senders list.
After you add the PhotoBiz notification email address to your Safe Senders list, it should appear in your list of approved senders.
Add PhotoBiz to Your Contacts
Open any email from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com.
Hover over the sender name, then click Add to contacts.
Fill in any additional details if you want to, then click Save. Adding PhotoBiz to your contacts gives Microsoft another signal that messages from PhotoBiz are expected and trusted.
Review Any Custom Email Rules
If you have created custom rules in your Hotmail, Outlook, or Live.com account, those rules may move, archive, or delete PhotoBiz messages automatically.
Click the Settings icon, then click View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail, then click Rules. Review your rules and make sure none of them are set to move, delete, archive, or forward messages from PhotoBiz.
Check your inbox and junk email folder
After you update your Safe Senders list, contacts, and rules, check your inbox and Junk Email folder the next time you expect a PhotoBiz notification.
If a PhotoBiz email still appears in Junk Email, mark it as not junk again. Microsoft may need more than one signal before consistently delivering messages to your inbox.
PhotoBiz notification emails may include messages related to:
The notification email address to safelist is:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Make sure the email address saved in your PhotoBiz account is correct. If your email address is misspelled or outdated, PhotoBiz notifications may be sent to the wrong inbox.
Why are PhotoBiz emails going to my Junk Email folder?
Microsoft may filter automated notification emails into Junk Email, especially if you have not interacted with that sender before. Marking the message as not junk and adding the sender to your Safe Senders list can help improve delivery.
Will adding PhotoBiz to Safe Senders guarantee delivery?
Adding PhotoBiz to Safe Senders improves delivery, but Microsoft still controls filtering for Hotmail, Outlook, and Live.com inboxes. Custom mailbox rules, account settings, and Microsoft spam filtering can still affect where messages are delivered.
What email address should I add to Safe Senders?
Add emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com to your Safe Senders list.
What should I do if I still do not receive PhotoBiz emails?
Check your Junk Email folder, Deleted Items folder, and any custom folders created by mailbox rules. You should also confirm that the email address saved in your PhotoBiz account is correct.
