You will receive notifications from your PhotoBiz account based on the products you're using. Notifications may include the following:
- 2 Factor Authentication Code (when email is the selected method)
- Billing/Membership Emails
- Form Submissions
- Order Notifications
- Appointments
- Client Galleries Comments/Favorites
- Blog Comments
- Conversations
Sometimes, your email provider may incorrectly mark these messages as spam. To prevent this, add the following PhotoBiz notification server address to your contacts or address book:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Additionally, you can add photobiz.com to your safe sender list if your email provider supports that option. Creating an email filter is another way to prevent these messages from being marked as spam.
PRO TIP!
All notifications are also captured and stored in your PhotoBiz CRM. You can easily find them on the home page of your PhotoBiz account if you miss any email notifications.

Creating an email filter with Go Daddy Office 365
Creating an email filter with Yahoo email
Please Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with these email providers. For questions about creating filters with third-party services, please contact your email provider's support.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS:
PhotoBiz sends email notifications for various purposes, including membership renewals, form submissions, client gallery activities, eCommerce orders, and more. To maintain our email server’s reputation and avoid being marked as spam, we use email validation. If an email address rejects our notification emails, it is marked as non-deliverable and added to a list of bounced emails.
If you haven't been receiving PhotoBiz notification emails recently, please contact us via phone or live chat. We can check if your email address is marked as non-deliverable and help restore your notifications.
