If you're using Google Workspace or Gmail for the inbox that your email notifications are being sent to from your PhotoBiz account, it's good to create a filter to make sure that Google is not blocking or marking the notification emails as spam. This guide will walk you through creating a filter for the PhotoBiz Email Notification server for Google Workspace/Gmail.
Please Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Google. Our support team can give you the parameters for creating a filter to ensure our notification server is not blocked as spam to your inbox, however any account specific questions about Google Workspace will need to go through their support options.
STEP ONE
Log into your Google Workspace webmail or Gmail account through your web browser.
STEP TWO
In the search box at the top, click Show search options.
STEP THREE
Create a new filter for emails sent from emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
FINAL STEP
At the very least, check the option for "Never send it to Spam" so that your email notifications arrive in your inbox. You may also want to add Star It and Always Mark It As Important if these are time sensitive email notifications.
Click on Create Filter to make sure your email filter is activated for your email inbox.
