If you use Gmail or Google Workspace and aren’t seeing email notifications from your PhotoBiz account, it’s a good idea to create a filter. This helps ensure Gmail doesn’t accidentally block or send those emails to your spam folder.
This guide will walk you through how to set up a filter to always receive PhotoBiz email notifications.

You can also create a contact in your Gmail or Google Workspace and save emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com to your contacts list. This tells Google that the PhotoBiz notification server is a known sender and can help improve deliverability.Note: PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Google. Log in to your Gmail or Google Workspace inbox using a web browser.
In the search box at the top, click Show search options.
In the From field, type:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
Then click Create filter at the bottom right of the search window.
To make sure you always see your PhotoBiz notifications, select the following options:
Once you’ve selected your preferences, click Create filter to save your settings.
This will help ensure your PhotoBiz notifications appear in your inbox where you can see them right away.
