Overview
If you use Gmail or Google Workspace and are not receiving email notifications from your PhotoBiz account, your messages may be filtered into spam or another inbox tab. Setting up a Gmail filter ensures these emails are delivered directly to your primary inbox. This guide walks you through creating a filter so you consistently receive important PhotoBiz notifications. By the end, your account emails will be easier to find and won’t be missed.

Log in to your Gmail or Google Workspace account using a web browser. Make sure you are accessing your inbox where you want to receive your PhotoBiz notifications.
At the top of your inbox, locate the search bar and click the Show search options icon on the right side. This opens the advanced search panel where you can define filter rules.
In the From field, enter emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com.
After entering the address, click Create filter in the bottom right corner of the search panel to continue to the filter settings.
Select the settings that ensure your PhotoBiz emails are delivered properly.
Once your selections are complete, click Create filter to save your settings.
You should now begin seeing PhotoBiz email notifications delivered directly to your inbox without being filtered or missed.
