Overview
PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to generate reports that include customer details from your orders. You can export this data as a CSV file, which includes customer email addresses along with other order information. This is helpful if you want to organize your data, analyze sales trends, or use the emails in external tools like newsletters or CRM systems. You can also email these same customers directly from your PhotoBiz account using the built-in marketing tools, no export required.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the menu on the left.
At the top of your ECommerce dashboard, hover over TRACKING, then click REPORTS from the dropdown menu.
Use the Report Type dropdown to select CUSTOMER, then click RUN REPORT.
Before running the report, you can adjust the date range to filter your results based on a specific time period.
Click the EXPORT button to download your report as a CSV file.
Once downloaded, you will have access to your customer email addresses along with additional order details, ready to use in spreadsheets or external programs.
You can email these same customers directly from your PhotoBiz account using the Contacts section.
This allows you to send marketing emails without exporting your list to another platform.
