Overview
The Payments Received report in PhotoBiz allows you to track all payments collected within a selected date range. This report helps you understand your incoming revenue by showing when payments were made, who submitted them, and how much was collected. It is especially useful for bookkeeping, reconciling deposits, and reviewing completed transactions. By the end of this guide, you will know how to run, review, and export the Payments Received report.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
At the top of your ECommerce control panel, hover over TRACKING and click REPORTS from the dropdown menu. This will open the Reports page.
In the Reports section, click the REPORT TYPE dropdown and select Payments Received.
Next, click the DATE OPTIONS dropdown and choose your preferred date range. Available options include preset ranges or a custom date selection.
After selecting your report type and date range, click run report to generate your results.
Review the report displayed on the page. You will see a table listing each payment along with key details such as order information, payment dates, and totals.
You can also click export to download the report as a CSV file or click print to create a physical copy for your records.
