Overview
PhotoBiz Mailbox allows you to create a branded email address using your domain name, such as you@yourdomain.com. This gives your photography business a professional email address connected to your website and brand.
This guide explains how to access the Mailbox section in your PhotoBiz control panel, open Webmail, purchase an additional Mailbox, and manage active mailbox settings. You will also find helpful notes for updating mailbox details and changing your mailbox password.
Each PhotoBiz Mailbox includes:
Log in to your PhotoBiz account.
From the left-side menu, click MAILBOX. This opens the Mailbox section of your control panel, where you can access your mailbox tools, view active mailbox accounts, and purchase additional mailboxes if needed.
Review the mailbox options available in your account.
If you need to purchase a new Mailbox, click the Add Mailbox button. This allows you to add another branded email address using your domain name.
If you already have an active Mailbox, you will see a Go to Webmail button. Click Go to Webmail to open your inbox in a new browser tab.
Webmail is where you can send and receive emails, manage folders, view your calendar, access contacts, and use the other tools included with your Mailbox.
To manage an active Mailbox, look under the Current Mailboxes section and click the email address you want to update.
From the mailbox settings, you can update the first and last name connected to the mailbox or change the mailbox password. After making your updates, save your changes so the new settings apply to the mailbox.

Once complete, your Mailbox will remain available from the MAILBOX section of your PhotoBiz control panel. You can return to this area anytime to access Webmail, purchase another Mailbox, or manage your active mailbox settings.
You can use the Add Mailbox option if you need more than one branded email address for your business.
Common examples include:
Each Mailbox is managed separately. If you have multiple mailbox accounts, click the specific email address under Current Mailboxes to update that mailbox.
When creating a branded email address, choose the email name carefully. Your domain appears after the @ symbol, and the first part of the email address should match how you want clients to contact you.
I do not see the Go to Webmail button. What should I do?
The Go to Webmail button appears when you have an active Mailbox set up in your account. If you recently purchased a Mailbox but have not completed setup yet, finish setting up the mailbox first.
Where do I send and receive emails?
Click Go to Webmail from the MAILBOX section of your PhotoBiz control panel. Webmail is where you send, receive, and manage your email.
Can I change my mailbox password?
Yes. Go to MAILBOX, then click the email address listed under Current Mailboxes. From there, you can update the mailbox password.

Can I create another email address?
Yes. Click Add Mailbox from the Mailbox section to purchase and set up an additional branded email address using your domain name.
Can I manage more than one Mailbox?
Yes. If you have multiple active mailboxes, they will appear under Current Mailboxes. Click the email address you want to manage to update settings for that specific mailbox.
