PhotoBiz offers branded email addresses through Mailbox. If you need to cancel and remove a branded email address from your account, this guide will walk you through the process.
IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE CANCELING MAILBOX
You can cancel a Mailbox add-on at any time, but you must submit the request via a support ticket from your account for account security purposes so that we know we're cancelling the correct email address from the account holder. When we process your cancellation request, the email address will be automatically deleted from your account and the contents of the email address cannot be recovered.
PhotoBiz Mailbox is non-refundable after the email has been purchased and registered.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the black and white question mark circle at the bottom right side of your control panel.
FINAL STEP
A menu will open on the right side. Submit your cancellation request via our ticket system.
- By default, your login email will appear here. Be sure to include an email address that you have access to so we can send a confirmation message once your cancellation request has been processed.
- In the "Production/Section" field, select "ACCOUNT" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Subject Section" field, select "DOMAIN & EMAIL" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Description Section" field, specify the email address you wish to cancel and delete.
Click "Send" to submit your cancellation request for your mailbox.
After you've submitted your request, our team will process the request to cancel and delete the Mailbox for you. You'll have a confirmation number with the Ticket ID that is include on the confirmation screen that you've submitted your ticket.
