How To Use The Image Clipboard In Your PhotoBiz Account

Overview

The Image Clipboard is a powerful tool that helps you manage and reuse images across your PhotoBiz account without wasting time or storage space.

When you upload an image to your clipboard, you can use that same image in multiple places throughout your account, including galleries, website pages, and products, without uploading it again. Each clipboard image only counts once toward your storage limit, even if it is used in multiple areas.

This guide will show you how to upload and organize clipboard images, copy images already uploaded elsewhere in your account, and insert clipboard images into different parts of your website.

💡 Good to know:

If you delete an image from your clipboard, it won’t be removed from the places where you've already used it.

Deleting an image from your clipboard will not remove it from locations where it is already being used.
Clipboard images help streamline your workflow by reducing duplicate uploads.
You can organize clipboard images into folders for easier management.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click FILES from the left-side menu. From there, open your Clipboard to view and manage your saved images.

STEP TWO

Inside the clipboard, you can:

Upload new images directly
Create folders to organize your images
Copy existing images to the clipboard for reuse

Using folders can help keep your clipboard clean and organized, especially if you manage multiple clients, events, or projects.

Examples of helpful folder organization include:

Weddings
Family Sessions
Senior Portraits
Products
Branding Images

STEP THREE

Adding Images To Your Clipboard

You can add images to your clipboard in two different ways.

Upload New Images

Click the UPLOAD button inside your clipboard to upload new images directly from your computer.

Once uploaded, the images will remain available for reuse throughout your account.

Copy Existing Images

If you already have images uploaded elsewhere in your account, such as inside a gallery or website page, you can copy those images directly to your clipboard.

Drag and drop the images onto the CLIPBOARD button to create a clipboard copy.

After the images are added, you will see a confirmation message letting you know whether:

The images were successfully copied to the clipboard
The images already exist on the clipboard, preventing duplicate copies

FINAL STEP

Insert Clipboard Images Into Your Website

Once your images are saved on the clipboard, you can easily insert them into other areas of your account.

Navigate to the section where you want to use the images, such as:

Client Galleries
Website Builder pages
Products
Packages

Inside the IMAGES section, click the CLIPBOARD button.

Select the images you want to use by:

Checking the box above each image
Clicking and dragging your mouse to select multiple images at once

Click INSERT to add the selected images to your page, gallery, or product.

Images currently being used in multiple locations will display a clipboard icon showing two stacked papers. This icon helps you quickly identify reusable clipboard images.
