The Image Clipboard tool that's built into the PhotoBiz account allows you to upload images once and use them throughout your PhotoBiz account as many times as you need to. The Image Clipboard tool also allows you to organize your images in folders. This guide will walk you through the steps of adding new folders and moving images to them on your image clipboard.
STEP ONE
Log into PhotoBiz and click on FILES in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
You can click on the Manage Folders button to add a new folder to your Clipboard or click on the drop-down menu to select a different folder.
STEP THREE
The right-side menu will open, click on the NEW FOLDER button to add a new folder to your image clipboard.
STEP FOUR
Type in your folder name and click on the create folder button to add a new folder to your image clipboard.
STEP FIVE
The drop down menu on your clipboard will now contain your Main folder and any other folders you have added.
You can upload new images to the whichever folder you select or move existing clipboard images into another folder.
STEP SIX
You can choose the folder that contains existing images and check the boxes for which images you want to move into the new folder. After you've selected the images, click on the MOVE button.
Select the new location from the right-side menu drop down option and click on the Move button to move your images into the new folder.
