HOW TO ORGANIZE IMAGES WITH FOLDERS ON YOUR IMAGE CLIPBOARD
The Image Clipboard in your PhotoBiz account lets you upload an image once and use it in multiple places across your site—saving time and storage space. To keep things organized, you can also create folders within your clipboard and move images between them.
This guide walks you through how to create folders and move images on your clipboard.
STEP ONE
OPEN YOUR IMAGE CLIPBOARD
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on FILES in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
OPEN THE FOLDER MANAGER
At the top of your clipboard, click on Manage Folders to open the folder management panel.
You can also use the dropdown menu to view or switch between your folders.
STEP THREE
ADD A NEW FOLDER
In the right-side menu that appears, click the NEW FOLDER button.
STEP FOUR
NAME YOUR NEW FOLDER
Type in a name for your new folder and click Create Folder.
Your new folder will now be available in the clipboard folder dropdown menu.
STEP FIVE
ADD OR MOVE IMAGES INTO FOLDERS
You now have two ways to organize your clipboard:
- Upload images directly into a selected folder
- Move existing images into another folder
To move images:

Choose the folder that contains the images you want to move.

Check the boxes next to the images you want to move.

Click the MOVE button.
STEP SIX
CHOOSE THE NEW FOLDER LOCATION
From the right-side menu, use the dropdown to select the destination folder, then click Move.
Your images will now appear in the new folder, helping you stay organized and efficient!
