Your PhotoBiz Website Package includes access to the Image Clipboard. The Image Clipboard stores files you upload so you can reuse them across your website without uploading them multiple times. You can also organize your images into folders for easier management.
If you need to download images from your Clipboard for backup or use outside of PhotoBiz, you can do so by adding them to a temporary Client Gallery and downloading the gallery. This guide walks you through that process step by step.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.
This opens your Client Galleries control panel.
Click the NEW EVENT button to create a new gallery.
Enter a name such as Clipboard Download so you can easily identify its purpose later.
Scroll to the bottom of the control panel and click CREATE EVENT.
Your new gallery will open automatically.
Inside your new event, click the CLIPBOARD button.
This gives you access to all images stored in your Image Clipboard.
Choose the images you want to download.
You can select individual files, or click Select All if you want to download everything shown.
If you have organized your Clipboard into folders, navigate to the correct folder first to locate your images.
After selecting your files, click INSERT to add the images to your event.
The selected images will now appear inside your gallery.
Once your images have been added to the event, click the DOWNLOAD GALLERY button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter your email address where you would like to receive the download link.
Then choose your preferred file resolution:
• Web Resolution
• High Resolution
• Original Files (only available if you purchased the Original Files upgrade before uploading the images)
Click SEND FILES.
PhotoBiz will email you a link to download a ZIP file containing your selected images.
Check your inbox for the download email. Open the message and click the link provided to download your ZIP file.
After downloading, extract the ZIP file on your computer to access your images.
You can delete the temporary gallery once your download is complete if you no longer need it.
