Need to send a form or contract directly to a client—without showing it on your website? You can easily do that with PhotoBiz! The Email Invite feature lets you send a form straight to someone’s inbox, whether they’re already in your Contacts or not.

Let’s walk through the steps to send a form by email invite:
Log In and Go to Forms
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FORMS in the left-hand menu.
Choose the Form You Want to Send
Search for the name of the form or contract you’d like to send by email or create a new form.
Open the Share Options
Inside the Form Editor, click the SHARE button in the top right corner.
Choose Email Invite
Click on EMAIL INVITE.
You’ll now see options to send this form to:
Add Recipients and Continue
Add the people you want to send the form to.
You can search for contacts or type in new email addresses.
When you’re done, click CONTINUE.
Customize and Send
Before you send your invitation, you can customize:
When everything looks good, click SEND.
⚠️ Heads up! If a client has previously unsubscribed from your emails, they won’t receive your invite.
Your client will recieve an email with the invitation to the form in their inbox that is similar to the screen shot below.
You can check on the delivery status for your Form Email Invite via the Contacts section on your control panel. You can click on the contact and then the Email Invite button to view the following:
