PhotoBiz Website Package includes Client Galleries that allow you to share your private, password-protected galleries with your clients where they can proof their images, purchase prints, packages, and more. One great feature for Client Galleries is the ability to use Email Invites to send your clients their gallery directly to their email. This guide will walk you through the steps of how to send an email invite to a client gallery and also how to check on the delivery status.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the person you're sending an email invite to has previously unsubscribed their email address from your lists, they will not recieve an email invite for the Client Galleries.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left side menu.
STEP TWO
You can either create a new Client Gallery event or click on the Client Gallery event name you want to share to access the event details.
STEP THREE
Click on the SHARE button at the top right of your event details.
STEP FOUR
You can type any existing contact you have in your PhotoBiz contacts list and it will show you the associated name/email. You can click on the name that you want add to the Email Invitation here. You can also enter an email address that's not currently listed in your contacts to send them an email invitation.
STEP FIVE
After you've selected your contacts you want to share your client galleries with, you can click on the CONTINUE button.
FINAL STEP
You can customize the following options before sending your Client Galleries email invitation:
- FROM NAME
- FROM EMAIL ADDRESS
- SUBJECT
- MESSAGE
- INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CREATE A CUSTOM VIEWING APP ON MOBILE
Click on the SEND button to send out your Email Invitation to the selected contacts or email addresses you added.
After you've sent your Client Gallery event email invitation out, you'll have a confirmation similar to the one below.

EMAIL INVITE TRACKING
You can check on the Email Invite delivery status to your clients in the CONTACTS section of your account by clicking on the Contact and then the "Email Invites" button under their contact.
