PhotoBiz Website Package includes the conversation tracker that allows you and your clients and leads to reply in a private conversation between the two of you once you have their contact information in your PhotoBiz control panel. When a client responds to your conversation, you will receive a notification in your PhotoBiz account. The easiest way to reply to a conversation is to do so through your notifications. This guide will walk you through the steps on how to reply to a conversation.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the NOTIFICATIONS bell at the top right of your control panel or the Conversations option on your home page.
To begin, click on your notifications (placed next to "Home" in the menu), then click on the email address of the conversation you'd like to reply to. You'll see the conversation so far, and at the bottom, a text box to enter your reply. Enter your reply here and click on send.
