If you registered your domain through PhotoBiz and no longer need it, you can request to cancel the Domain Registration Add-On. This guide will walk you through the process.
Important Things To Know Before You Cancel A Domain Registration:
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the black-and-white question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of your control panel.
A support menu will open on the right. Follow these steps to submit your cancellation request:
Enter a valid email address that you have access to (your login email will be filled in automatically).
Under Product/Section, choose ACCOUNT from the dropdown.
Under Subject Section, choose DOMAIN & EMAIL.
In the Description field, clearly state the domain name registration you wish to cancel.
Click SEND to submit your request.
Once submitted, our team will review and process your cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation message and a Ticket ID for your records.
