Overview
You can cancel a domain name registration managed by PhotoBiz if you no longer need PhotoBiz to manage or renew your domain. To cancel domain registration service, contact the PhotoBiz Support Team by submitting a support ticket from your PhotoBiz account or by calling Support.
Before canceling, make sure you understand what will happen to your domain and any services connected to it. If you want to keep using the domain with another provider, you should request a domain transfer instead of canceling domain registration service.
To request cancellation, contact PhotoBiz Support using one of the options below:
When you submit your request, include the full domain name you want to cancel. This helps the PhotoBiz Support Team confirm the correct domain before making changes to your account.
If you submit a ticket from your PhotoBiz account, click the black and white question mark icon in the lower-right corner of your control panel to open the support menu. Choose the ticket option, then select ACCOUNT for the Product/Section field and DOMAIN & EMAIL for the Subject Section field.
Use an email address you can access when submitting the ticket. This allows the PhotoBiz Support Team to contact you about your request if any follow-up is needed.
In the Description Section, clearly state that you want to cancel domain registration service through PhotoBiz. Include the full domain name in your message.
Domain name registrations are non-refundable once purchased and registered.
When the Domain Registration add-on is removed from your PhotoBiz account, your domain may no longer load your PhotoBiz website.
Canceling domain registration service through PhotoBiz does not immediately delete the domain from the public domain registry. The domain remains registered until its expiration date unless you transfer it to another provider or make other changes with the registrar.
If you want to move your domain to another provider, request a domain transfer instead of cancellation.
If you no longer need your full PhotoBiz Website Package, you may be able to keep only your Domain service or keep only your Domain and Mailbox service.
This requires your membership to be changed to annual billing. The PhotoBiz Support Team can review your account and confirm which option is available.
You can request this by submitting a support ticket or by calling PhotoBiz Support. In your message, let us know if you want to ask about keeping Domain-only service or Domain and Mailbox-only service instead of canceling everything.

Follow the steps below if you want to submit your domain registration cancellation request from your PhotoBiz account.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click the black and white question mark icon located in the lower-right corner of your control panel.
This opens the support menu where you can submit a support ticket from inside your account.
A support menu will appear on the right side of your screen. Submit your request using the ticket system.
Use an email address you can access so the PhotoBiz Support Team can send your confirmation and follow-up messages.
In the Product/Section field, select ACCOUNT. In the Subject Section field, select DOMAIN & EMAIL. In the Description Section, clearly state that you want to cancel domain registration service through PhotoBiz. Include the full domain name you want to cancel.
When you are ready, click Send to submit your ticket. You will see a confirmation message with a Ticket ID on the screen once your request is submitted. Keep this Ticket ID for your records.
The PhotoBiz Support Team will review your request and process the domain registration cancellation or membership change.
If domain registration service is canceled, the Domain Registration add-on will be removed from your account. If you requested Domain-only service or Domain and Mailbox-only service, the Support Team will confirm the annual membership details before making the change.
