If your domain name is registered through your PhotoBiz account, we manage the DNS and domain registration renewal for you as part of your membership. However, if you’d like to take control of your domain registration or manage your own DNS and use a third-party service for renewal, you can request a domain transfer out.
To begin, you'll need to create an account with ENOM (our domain registrar). This will give you immediate access to your domain name and DNS settings once we process your request. Once you have control of your domain in your ENOM account, you can transfer your domain to any domain registrar of your choice.
Transfer Cost: There is a one-time fee of $25.00 to transfer your domain from PhotoBiz.
This guide will walk you through the steps to transfer a domain out of your PhotoBiz account.
STEP ONE
Create an ENOM account at the following link:

STEP TWO
Complete Your Enom Profile:
- Ensure your profile is fully completed.
- Have a payment method on file.
- Set your account to “allow pushes” by submitting a verified support ticket to Enom within your account.

STEP THREE
Please provide the following details to PhotoBiz Support:
- Payment Authorization: Permission to charge the credit card on file with your PhotoBiz account for the $25.00 transfer fee.
- Your ENOM User ID: The username associated with your ENOM account.
- Account Status: Confirmation that your ENOM account is set to allow pushes.
Once we receive this information, our domains team will process your request to transfer your domain from your PhotoBiz account to your ENOM account. After the transfer is complete, you’ll be able to point the domain to any website or transfer it to another registrar almost immediately.
FINAL STEP
Confirm Your PhotoBiz Account Status
As part of the domain transfer process, please confirm whether you intend to keep your PhotoBiz membership active or wish to cancel your account.
