How Do I Start A Conversation?

The Conversations feature is part of the studio management section in the PhotoBiz Website Package. Conversations allow you to communicate with your clients or leads. You can start conversations from your form submissions a number of ways, you can use your email notifications, notifications center on your account, form submissions, or use your contacts.

You can start a new conversation using any of the following methods:

  • Use Account Notifications To Start A New Conversation
  • Use Email Notifications To Start A New Conversation
  • Use Contacts To Start A New Conversation
  • Use Form Submissions To Start A New Conversation
