Conversation Tracker is a great way to keep up with your correspondence with your leads and clients. Your conversations will use the information you have in the Branding section for your logo, business name, location, phone, and website address. This guide will walk you through how to update these.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on BRANDING in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
You can upload your logo and favicon in this section if you don't already have them in place.
Once you are in the Branding section, scroll down until you see the fields for Company Name, Company Address, Company Phone, and Company Website. Information in those fields will appear in the "Conversations" you have with your clients.
