How to Add Custom Branding to Your PhotoBiz Website

Your PhotoBiz account allows you to set up Global Branding (Logo, Favicon, Compact Logo, Accent Color, and Company Information) that automatically applies across your Website, Client Galleries, and Studio Management.

If you’d like to override your Global Branding with custom branding for your website only, follow the steps below.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of your Website control panel, click on DESIGN.

STEP THREE

Click on the EDIT DESIGN SETTINGS button.

STEP FOUR

The right-side panel will open to the LOGO section. Here you can select your branding preference:

  • AUTO – Uses your Global Branding settings across your Website, Client Galleries, and Studio Management.

  • CUSTOM – Allows you to upload branding files that apply only to your website.

Upload a Custom Website Logo

  1. Select the CUSTOM radio button.

  2. Under LOGO UPLOAD, drag and drop your logo file into the gray box or click add files to browse from your computer.

Best Practice: Use a PNG version of your logo without extra white space or padding around the edges. This ensures your logo fits neatly into your template.

Pro Tip: Crop your file as close as possible to the actual design so your logo uses the full space provided by your template.

Upload a Custom Website Favicon

A favicon is a small icon (usually 16×16 pixels) that displays in browser tabs, bookmarks, history, and search results.

  1. Create a .ico version of your logo. If you don’t already have one, you can use Favicon.io to generate a favicon.

  2. Under LOGO UPLOAD, go to the FAVICON UPLOAD area.

  3. Drag and drop your .ico file, or click add files to browse from your computer.

Once uploaded, your favicon will display in your browser tab when viewing your website. For example, when multiple tabs are open, you’ll see your website’s favicon alongside others like Google or Facebook.

Favicon Examples

Upload a Custom Compact Logo

The Compact Logo is especially useful for mobile devices. If your main logo is very wide, it may appear too small on smaller screens. Uploading a Compact Logo ensures your branding looks clear and legible on mobile.

Under the COMPACT LOGO section, drag and drop your file or click add files to upload.

FINAL STEP

After uploading your custom branding options, click SAVE CHANGES to apply them to your website. Your site will now display your custom branding instead of your Global Branding settings.
