Overview
The PhotoBiz Website Package includes the Form & Contract Builder, which allows you to create forms, questionnaires, contracts, and other client-facing forms. By default, your forms use the logo, favicon, accent color, and business information saved in the Branding section of your PhotoBiz account.
You can customize branding for an individual form if you want it to use a different logo, favicon, color, company name, or contact information. This is helpful when you need a form to match a specific brand, event, campaign, or business location.
This guide walks you through how to override your global branding settings for a specific PhotoBiz form.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.
This opens the Forms Dashboard, where you can manage your forms, contracts, questionnaires, submissions, and related form settings.
From the Forms Dashboard, click FORMS at the top of the control panel.
This opens your list of forms. From here, you can click the name of an existing form to edit it, or you can create a new form if you want to customize branding for a new form.
Click the name of the form you want to update or create a new form.
If you have multiple categories or pages of existing forms, you can use the search bar to locate an existing form by name.
On the upper right side of your form, click on the GEAR icon and in the menu that opens up, click BRANDING.
In the Branding section, select CUSTOM.
Choosing Custom allows this form to use its own branding instead of the default branding from your main PhotoBiz account settings.
Update the branding fields you want to customize for this form. You can update any of the following options:
After you have updated your custom branding, click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the control panel.
Your form will now use the custom branding you selected instead of the default branding from your main PhotoBiz account.
Custom form branding is useful when you need one form to look different from your main business branding. For example, you may want to use custom branding for:
If you only need to update your default branding for all forms, update the main Branding section of your PhotoBiz account instead of using Custom branding on individual forms.
If you need help creating a favicon file, see: How to Create a Favicon.
Why is my form still showing my default branding?
Confirm that the form branding setting is set to CUSTOM and that you clicked SAVE CHANGES after making your updates. If the form is still showing the old branding, refresh your browser and open the form again.
What logo file type should I use?
Use a JPG or PNG file for your form logo. For best results, use a clear logo file with enough spacing around the design so it displays cleanly in the form header.
What favicon file type should I use?
Favicons must be uploaded as ICO files. JPG and PNG files cannot be used for the favicon upload field unless they are converted to ICO format first.
Why should I choose a darker accent color?
The button text on forms displays in white. A darker accent color provides better contrast and makes buttons easier for clients to read.
