How to Update the Price of a Digital Image in PhotoBiz ECommerce

Overview

PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell digital image downloads through your Client Galleries. If your studio pricing changes, you can update the price of an existing digital image option at any time.

This guide walks you through how to find your digital image settings in the ECommerce Dashboard and update the price for an existing digital image size or download option. Once saved, the new price will apply anywhere that digital image option is available through your assigned price lists.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have already created at least one digital image option in your PhotoBiz ECommerce Dashboard.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

This opens your ECommerce Dashboard, where you can manage the items you sell through your website and Client Galleries.

STEP TWO

At the top of the ECommerce Dashboard, hover over SELL ONLINE and click DIGITAL IMAGES in the drop-down menu.

This opens the Digital Images section, where you can view and manage your existing digital image download options.

STEP THREE

Click the digital image option you want to update.

The right-side panel will open so you can edit the settings for that digital image option, including the name, image size, and price.

FINAL STEP

Update the price for the selected digital image option.

When you are finished, click Save Changes to apply your new pricing. The updated price will be available anywhere this digital image option is included in your ECommerce price lists.

Additional Options and Helpful Notes

Digital image options control the downloadable file sizes your customers can purchase through Client Galleries. Common examples include web-size downloads, high-resolution downloads, or other digital file options you have created for your business.

Price lists control where each digital image option is available for purchase. If you do not see the updated digital image option available in a Client Gallery, review the price list assigned to that gallery event.

If you need to change which digital image options are available for a specific gallery, edit the price list assigned to that Client Gallery event.
