Overview
PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell products through your Client Galleries and Products Blocks on your website. If you need to adjust your pricing, you can update an existing product at any time inside your ECommerce Dashboard.
This guide walks you through how to change the price of an existing product. Once you save your changes, the updated price will display online immediately anywhere that product is available for purchase.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
This opens your ECommerce Dashboard, where you can manage your products, pricing, orders, and selling options.
Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of the ECommerce Dashboard.
From the drop-down menu, click PRODUCTS. This opens your full list of product categories and products.
Use the search bar to locate or click the Product Name you want to update.
This opens the product settings, where you can review and edit the product details, including the product price.
Locate the Price field inside the product settings. Update the price as needed, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Your updated price will reflect immediately in Client Galleries, Products Blocks on your website, and any other location where that product is currently available for purchase.
If you have multiple pages of products or product categories, use the search tool to find the product you need to update.
If you are using sales tax settings, tax will continue to calculate based on your existing tax configuration.
