PhotoBiz offers branded email service as an option with Mailbox. Mailbox is powered by Rackspace and will give you an email address @your domain. If you're running into trouble accessing your mailbox, here are some common troubleshooting tips to check.
Confirm You Are Using The Correct Email Adddress & Password
When you're logging into your Mailbox through your webmail be sure that you're using the correct email address and password. The most common message our Customer Support team sees with this scenario is "Contact Your Email Administrator" if you're using the wrong email address.
Check Rackspace Status
You can check to see if there are any service interruptions with Rackspace on their status page at the following link:

Reset Your Password
If you're having issues with your login, you can easily reset your password through your PhotoBiz control panel.

Setup Email Client
If you're having trouble with accessing your Mailbox through webmail, you can use an email client such as Apple Mail or Outlook.
