Mailbox Section Overview

Using Your PhotoBiz Mailbox

With PhotoBiz Premium Upgrades, you can add a branded email address using your domain — like you@yourdomain.com — through our Mailbox feature. Each mailbox includes:

  • 25GB of storage

  • A built-in calendar, contacts, tasks, and notes

  • The ability to send/receive attachments up to 50MB

This guide gives you a quick overview of how to access and manage your Mailbox from your PhotoBiz control panel.

How to Access Your Mailbox

  • Log in to your PhotoBiz account.
  • From the left-side menu, click on MAILBOX.

Mailbox Options Overview

  • Add Mailbox
    Click the green "Add Mailbox" button to purchase a new Mailbox. This lets you create your own custom email address using your domain.

  • Go to Webmail
    If you already have an active Mailbox, you'll see a gray "Go to Webmail" button. Click this to open your inbox and manage your email through Webmail in a new tab.

Managing Your Mailbox

If you have any active email accounts, they’ll appear under the Current Mailboxes section.

Click on your email address to:

  • Update your first and last name

  • Change your password
