If a PhotoBiz form displays a “Form Closed” message, it usually means one setting is preventing new submissions. This does not typically indicate a system error. In most cases, the form is closed due to an incorrect link, an expiration date, a submission limit, a payment issue, or account limits.
This guide walks through the most common reasons a form may appear closed and how to reopen it.
A “Form Closed” message can appear if the wrong or outdated link is being shared.
To confirm:
Click FORMS in the left-side menu
Open the form you want to share
Click the SHARE button
Either send the form using the email invitation option or copy the direct form link
Make sure the link matches the current version of the form.

PhotoBiz accounts include 500 form submissions per month by default.
To check:
Go to your account home page
Review your current monthly form submission usage
If the limit has been reached, you can purchase additional submissions or wait for the count to reset on the 1st of the next month.
If your form includes a file upload field, insufficient storage space can prevent new submissions.
To check:
Open your account storage settings
Confirm you have available storage
If storage is full, you will need to add more space before submissions can resume.

When viewing FORMS, the list includes the following columns: Name, Created, Expiration, Limit, and Status
The Expiration and Limit columns show status only; changes are made in Form Settings
After making updates, clients may need to refresh the form page before submitting again
A new form link is not required once the issue is resolved
