Your domain name servers connect your domain to your PhotoBiz account. If your domain is registered with a third-party provider (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or another registrar), you may need to update your name servers to point your domain to PhotoBiz.
This guide shows you where to locate the correct name servers inside your PhotoBiz account so you can provide them to your domain registrar.
If PhotoBiz manages your domain registration, you do not need to update your name servers. Our team handles those updates automatically for you.
Important: Each domain inside PhotoBiz has its own unique set of name servers. Always copy the exact name servers shown for that specific domain. Do not reuse name servers from a different domain in your account.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click DOMAINS in the left-side menu.
This opens your Domains dashboard where your connected and registered domains are listed.
Locate the domain you are working with.
Depending on where you are in the domain setup process, your name servers may already be displayed on this page. If you do not see them listed, click the MANAGE DNS button.
If your account has not yet been upgraded to the latest PhotoBiz DNS servers hosted on AWS, you may see a notification about upgrading your DNS. Follow the instructions provided in your account to complete the upgrade.

In your DNS settings, locate the NS section.
The NS section displays the name servers assigned specifically to that domain inside your PhotoBiz account. These are the name servers you will enter at your third-party domain registrar to point your domain to PhotoBiz.
After you update the name servers at your registrar, your domain will begin connecting to your PhotoBiz website. DNS changes can take time to fully propagate depending on your registrar.
If you are unsure how to update your name servers at your registrar, our Support Team can guide you through the process. You will need access to your domain registrar account to complete the update.
