How to Set Up Your Company Branding in PhotoBiz

Adding your company's branding in PhotoBiz is quick and easy. With the Branding section, you can manage your logo and accent color in one central location — and it automatically applies across your Website, Client Galleries, and Studio Management tools.

Follow the steps below to set it up:

STEP ONE

Log into Your Account

  • Go to your PhotoBiz account.

  • In the left-side menu, click on Branding.

STEP TWO

Set Your Accent Color

  • Scroll down to the Accent Color section.

  • You can enter a 6-digit hex color code (for example, #D4A373), or click the color square to choose a color from the color picker.

    Tip: Avoid using black (#000000) as your accent color — it won’t be visible in email notifications for clients using dark mode on their devices.

  • Once you've chosen your color, click Save Changes to apply it.

What Clients See

Your accent color will show up in things like automated emails and client notifications. Here's an example of how a custom accent color might appear in a notification email on a device using dark mode:
