Thinking About Canceling Your PhotoBiz Account?

We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering canceling—and we’d love a chance to help before you go. Whether you’re having trouble, need help using your site, or simply want to explore other options, our Passionate Support team is here for you.

You may not need to cancel—we can walk you through options like:

If you’d like to proceed with canceling, follow the steps below to submit your request.

PLEASE NOTE

PhotoBiz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Website Package memberships, starting from the date your account was created.
Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for refunds on unused membership time.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz accound and click the black and white question mark icon at the bottom right corner of your control panel.

STEP TWO

Submit Your Cancellation Request

A support menu will open on the right side of your screen. Complete the form as follows:

  • Make sure your correct email address is entered (we’ll send confirmation there).
  • Under Product/Section, choose ACCOUNT.
  • Under Subject Section, choose CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
  • In the Description Section, write that you’d like to cancel your PhotoBiz account.
  • Click SEND to submit your request.

You’ll receive a Ticket ID confirmation number immediately after submitting. This confirms that your request has been received.

What Happens Next?

  • Our team will review and begin processing your request within 3 business days.
  • We may reach out by phone or email to confirm before removing any add-ons (like Mailboxes or Domains) to ensure you don’t lose anything you want to keep.
  • You’ll maintain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • After your billing cycle ends, your website will go offline.

Good to Know:

You can reactivate your account within 180 days by logging in and updating your payment info—just in case you change your mind!
