You can request to cancel your PhotoBiz account at any time. To do so, simply log into your account and submit a support ticket. This provides documentation that the account holder has requested the cancellation and gives you a confirmation number.

PhotoBiz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Website Package memberships from the day you create your account. Cancellation requests made outside of this period are not eligible for refunds for unused membership
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the black and white question mark circle at the bottom right side of your control panel.
STEP TWO
A menu will open on the right side. Submit your cancellation request via our ticket system.
- By default, your login email will appear here. Be sure to include an email address that you have access to so we can send a confirmation message once your cancellation request has been processed.
- In the "Production/Section" field, select "ACCOUNT" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Subject Section" field, select "MEMBERSHIP" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Description Section" field, specify you'd like to cancel your PhotoBiz account.
Click "Send" to submit your cancellation request for your mailbox.
After you've submitted your request, our team will process the request to cancel, we may call to confirm before removing any add-ons such as Mailboxes, Domain Registrations, etc. prior to removing them so you don't lose them.
You'll have a confirmation number with the Ticket ID that is include on the confirmation screen that you've submitted your ticket for your records.
PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST
Your request will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. For cancellations made any time in the middle of a billing cycle, you'll have access to the account until the end of that cycle. No prorated refunds will be given. No refunds or credits will be given for the termination of a brand-free product, domain product, email product, additional account storage product or annual plan products.
After the billing cycle ends, your account will go offline. Should you need access to your account records, content, or use your account again, you can reactivate your PhotoBiz account any time in the next 180 days by logging in and updating your payment information on file.
